EverGreen Named 2025 HealthCentral Chronic Health Innovator

HealthCentral has named EverGreen Adventures as a 2025 Chronic Health innovator. The annual award recognizes ten contributors for their work to improve the lives of those impacted by a chronic illness.

EverGreen was recognized for their work providing patients and caregivers opportunities for outdoor adventures and community connections.

“We are grateful for the recognition and support HealthCentral provides the chronic illness community. Outdoor adventures have a place in chronic illness management, and we are committed to providing opportunities for patients and caregivers to explore and connect,” said EverGreen co-founder Jonathan Stewart.

EverGreen co-founder Tara Stewart added, “EverGreen is a pure grassroots effort, supported by passionate volunteers that believe in providing unique and lasting impacts for patients and caregivers. Through donating their time and financial resources - this award is an example of how a small group can make a lasting impact.”
